GfK is one of the world's largest market research and consumer intelligence companies. GfK collects, tracks, and analyses massive amounts of data to tell businesses exactly what consumers are buying, why they are buying it, and what they will buy next. We are pleased to announce a new partnership with GfK, giving NOVA users access to valuable market insight reports. As part of this initiative, participating users can receive GfK market intelligence in exchange for sharing anonymised business data. This partnership enables NOVA users to benefit from broader market trends and industry insights while maintaining the confidentiality of their business information. This is an Opt-In service, you WILL NOT be automatically enrolled. | ||
| 5798 | Stock / Lenses | New lens catalogue import/export feature: Lens catalogues can now be exported and shared with suppliers for pricing on behalf of customers. Completed files can be re-imported to quickly and accurately update lens pricing in NOVA. | ||

| 6393 | Staff Tasks | Task Groups have been introduced to make it easier to organise and filter staff tasks. Each group can be assigned a colour, allowing tasks to be quickly identified within the task list. New Task Groups can be created from Settings > Staff and can be assigned to tasks when they are added to NOVA. The Tasks page now includes a group filter, enabling users to display tasks belonging to specific groups.   | ||
| 6398 | eGOS | Following user feedback, the default Evidence Seen value for newly created GOS claims has been changed to Not Seen. This update ensures new claims are created with the most commonly used default setting, helping to streamline the claim creation process. | ||
| 6401 | Patient Records | The GOS2 print button within the Examination Table on the Patient page is now configurable, allowing different reports to be printed or emailed depending on whether the patient is NHS or Private. Separate report templates and button text can be assigned for each patient type, ensuring the appropriate document is automatically generated and delivered when the print function is used. Configuration can be managed within the relevant branch settings. If the Template - NHS field is left blank, the standard GOS2 report will be used, maintaining the existing default behaviour. .
