This guide is for Google Chrome users.

Once you have authorised your PC or other compatible device to access NOVA, you will need to ensure your browser's cookie settings are set correctly.

To check / configure your cookie settings in Google Chrome, follow the steps below:

1) Click the 3 dots at the top right of the browser window

2) Click Settings at the very bottom of the list

3) On the left hand side of the settings window, click on Privacy and Security

4) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Site Settings

5) Scroll to the bottom of the page again and click on the option labelled: "Additional content settings"

(this will reveal another list of options within the page)

6) Scroll down once more and click the option labelled: "On-device site data"

7) Select the option "Allow sites to save data on your device" at the top of the list

This browser setting is automatically saved by selecting it. You can now close the settings tab.
