This guide is for Microsoft Edge users.

Once you have authorised your PC or other compatible device to access NOVA, you will need to ensure your browser's cookie settings are set correctly.

To check / configure your cookie settings in Edge, follow the steps below:

1) Click the 3 dots at the top right of the browser window

2) Click Settings

3) On the left hand side of the settings window, click on Privacy, search, and services

4) Scroll down and click the option labelled: "Choose what to clear every time you close your browser"

(this is under the "Clear browsing data" heading)

5) You will see a list of options here, make sure the option labelled: "Cookies and other site data" is set to off

This browser setting is automatically saved by selecting it. You can now close the settings tab.
