Various change to Data Mining

• Screen layout has been updated to make it easier to navigate
• Ability so search by Scheme Name has been added
• Ability to select a specific scheme, loyalty plan or corporate has been added
• Scheme name, loyalty plan name and corporate name have been added as results fields.

• 'Not Stopped Recalls' is ticked by default for new searches
• 'Template' has been added to the 'Contacted Between' section, allowing the filter to be more selective by using the template name.

A new role permissions has been added, 'Take Dispense Deposit'. Enabled by default but when disabled will prevent staff members taking a deposit until a dispense has been confirmed.

The pipe symbol has been removed from the following fields when they are merged with patient data:

• exam.final_dis_r_prisms
• exam.final_inter_r_prisms
• exam.final_near_l_prisms
• exam.final_near_r_prisms

A notes box has been added to the 'Ocular Measurements' component in the examination page.

An option has been added to the 'Exam Types' table to allow examination types to be included/excluded from the clinical dashboard.

The autorun option has been removed from dashboards and replaced with a 'Go' button. The branch selector has been updated to bring it in line with the diary branch selector, for consistency.

The lock screen now covers the entire page so that no data is visible.

VA's have been added to the contact lens Final Rx string. 

The 'Created at' and 'Required by' dates on the order print out are now taken from the order record and not the dispense record as it was previously.

Reports

A 'Report' option has been added to the sales group and payment method tables in settings, selected options will be automatically pre-selected as the defaults for reports and dashboards.

The 'Cashup Only' option, used for selecting payment methods in the reports page, has been replaced with a 'Default' button that will select only those methods that have been marked as 'Report' in the settings page for payment methods. 

This change will allow practice to set their preferred payment method defaults i.e. remove Patient Account Spend

There is now an 'Unflag' option in the patient notes auto-popup, allowing notes to be removed without having to first find the original patient note.

Note: The flag is removed the next time the patient record is loaded

An idle time auto-lock function has been added. The idle time can be set to: None / 1 min / 3 min / 5 min / 10 min / 15 min / 30 min, after which time the screen will lock and the user will need to enter their password to unlock it.

Note: This setting can be found in Settings->Device Settings and applies at the browser not device level.

A check has been added to try and avoid a more recent record being overwritten by an older record that is open in another tab. The user will see the following message:

The display order for appointment reasons, on the online booking page, now follows the 'Order' column in the appointment reason settings page.

The orientation of a letter template can now be set within the template and will be respected when printed. The NOVA printing app has been updated to handle the landscape printing option.
