Access the 'Quick Prices' window from Setup->Orders->Lens Catalogues->My Lens Prices->Quick Prices

Quick Prices lets you set the Sales Group, Cost Price, Retail Price and Eyeplan Prices for a selection of lenses (from a single supplier) and then  update them all with one click.

You must select your supplier in the lens prices window before opening 'Quick Prices'

• Filter the list of lenses in the 'Find Lenses' window at the top of the page, to find the lenses you want to update. You can select a single lens or multiple lenses by holding down the Ctrl key whilst clicking lenses.

• Right-click in the 'Find Lenses' window and select 'Add Lenses', your chosen lenses will appear in the bottom window - these are the lenses that your changes will be applied to.

• Set the options that you wish to apply, in the 'Apply These Attributes' group.

• Click the 'Apply' button to finish. A progress bar is displayed below the 'To These Lenses' window and a popup box will let you know when the update has finished.

Depending how many lenses you choose, the update routine can take a little while.

• You can check the updates have been applied in the 'My Lens Prices' window
