The options discussed on this page are found by selecting Menu --> Setup --> Orders --> General --> My Lens Prices

This section will go through how you change the Sales Groups of your Spectacle Lenses

Once you have navigated through the Setup you will be presented with this screen:

In this example Nikon Spectacle Lens catalogue has been selected

How Do I Download Spec Lenses? 

You will now see all lenses within the supplier that you have chosen. 

To change all of the lenses to the same Sales Group:

• You can select all the lenses within this section by single clicking on one and pressing 'Control + A' on your keyboard (or right-click your mouse and choose the 'Select All' menu option' - chosen lenses will be highlighted orange.

• Now select the relevant Sales Group, followed by 'Apply'

In this example the Sales Group will be 'Lenses':

• Once complete, the sales group column will be populated with your chosen sales group (all diameters will be included in the chosen sales group)

Note: This may take some time if you have lots of lenses selected

Changing a select amount of lenses to a Sales Group:

• Hold the 'Control' key down and left click with the mouse to select multiple lenses

Here are three lenses selected:

Once the lenses have been chosen, choose the appropriate Sales Group. In this case a new one has been chosen 'New Spec Lens' and then click apply.

Once this has been done it will look like this:

Note: If you right click you can collapse all the lenses so they will only show the lens not the diameters
