The options discussed on this page are found by selecting Menu --> Setup --> Stock

In FLEX, you can create a Promotion. Discounts can be set for a supplier or brand, and a date range added. Discounts are automatically applied at the Till / point of Dispense.

To create these, navigate to Menu - Setup - Stock and choose 'Promotions. Press Add Promotion. The window below appears. Enter the relevant information as shown. If you tick Override Loyalty, this promotional discount will take precedence over any existing Loyalty discount available.

Once created, populate the right-hand side of the screen below with the Supplier and/or Brand information as shown. You can right-click to Delete a promotion, or copy and paste the parameters to a new promotion.
