Flex User Signature Capture
The following document will help you to capture signatures using the screen of a Tablet Device - Android or Apple. Both the patient and test performer can sign eGOS forms by accessing the web page as below
On a Webpage on your Tablet (go to a Browser to open this:
https://signature.optinetservices.co.uk/
Use QR Code above on the Tablet to get to the correct page.
Save this page as a Bookmark/Favourite in your Browser so you can easily get back to it. Help notes with Bookmarking this page, to get back to it later, are further down this page.
You will be asked for your Practice Licence number - enter it here
This 8-Digit number can be found at the top of FLEX:
Your Practice Licence Number can be found within the brackets after your branch name
Then you will need to add the code which is your Postcode - all CAPS, with ONE space.
Once you have entered these two then the webpage is ready to start taking signatures.
In Flex / Nova
- You request the signature,
i.e. in the eGOS claim within FLEX click on the signature button in Flex: - On the Webpage on your Tablet.
- You then press the refresh list button on the webpage
- A pop-up will appear notifying you that a patient has been detected:
- Then click on the drop-down box to reveal the patient you are requesting
- Once the patient's name appears, click on the name.
- The next screen will appear with all the patient details, and they can then see their reasonings for NHS test and accept those to move on to the signature part. Once they have done the signature they can click on the green tick box.
- The signature will then appear in Flex / NOVA.
IN FLEX
If you wish to set this as the main method of signature, navigate to:
- Menu
- Setup
- Branch
- Integrations and choose 'Mobile'. As seen below:
