Using the signature webpage will require an active internet connection

Both the patient and test performer can sign eGOS forms by accessing the web page below:


https://signature.optinetservices.co.uk/

You will be asked for your Practice Licence number - enter it here


This number can be found at the top of FLEX:

Your Practice Licence Number can be found within the brackets after your branch name


Once you have entered your Practice Licence number then the webpage is ready to start taking signatures.


Once you have opened up the eGOS claim within FLEX click on the signature button:
You then press refresh list on the webpage:


A pop up with appear notifying you that a patient has been detected:


Then click on the drop-down box to reveal the patient you are requesting
Once the patient's name appears, click on the name.


The next screen will appear with all the patient details, they can then accept those details to move on to the signature part. Once they have done the signature they can click on the green tick box.

The signature will then appear in Flex.

Branch - Integrations and choose 'Mobile'. As seen below:
