There are two ways to find an existing order, by order number or using the filters.

Find by Order Number

• If you know the number of the order you are looking for then you can enter it into the 'Search by Order #' box, followed by the enter key.

• If a matching order is located it will be selected in the table below the search box.

• Searching by order number ignores the filter options in the left hand menu

Find by Order Filters

There are multiple options, displayed in the left hand menu, that will filter the list of orders

• Active Patient Only: Includes only orders for the currently select patient
• Active Branch Only: Includes only orders for the current branch
• Show Inactive Order: When ticked, orders that have been marked as cancelled / inactive will be shown otherwise they will be hidden from view
• Created Date: Includes orders created between the dates specified (ticking active patient only does not use this filter and will always show all orders for the active patient)
• Order Types: Only includes orders that match the selected type: Spectacle, Contact Lens, Custom
