Checking Claims done today - have all claims been Started or Completed.?
Claims further back should be checked - collections of gos3 are time limited, see Claim Submissions and Reports Page in our Help.

End of Day -
As per Paper Forms, Optom must check, sign and submit GOS1.
Check Claims have been finished & sent, GOS1 claims should each have Accepted,
Submit GOS3 for collections today,
make sure new GOS4 submitted also.

Flex Home Screen - eGOS Widget ** see above if not using Widget yet
GOS1,GOS3,GOS4 etc each need checking.
In Bus Intelligence :-
Choose Unfinished Claims
Complete and submit these.
then Check Finished
Have the right number been done today. Have claims been missed?
- Look for Accepted in Todays Claim list - Compare number with diary slot NHS Tests.
- Also can check claims started by choosing a Day in Diary (click on any Appointment that day)
then Click Check eGOS Claims button at top of screen :-

Popular Searches -
Check eGOS have Vouchers put through on Till, number should match.
and you can check the other way - Check Vouchers on Till have related eGOS

- Make sure you are ticking box on Invoice to register glasses Collected, for Voucher payments to show in Submissions Report.
