Adding a QR code to a document :

Adding a QR code to a recall letter offers a convenient way for your patients to access your online booking system, via a smartphone.

Navigate to the 'Letter Templates' section of 'Communication' in 'Setup'
Click 'New' to create a new template or double-click an existing template in the list
Create your letter and then position the cursor at the point where you would like the QR code to be inserted
On the menu ribbon, click the 'Insert' option and then 'Picture' button below
You will be prompted to navigate to where your QR code is saved, select the file and click 'Open'
Your QR code will be inserted, re-size the image to your desired size

Save your document
When your patient receives the letter they will be able to scan the QR code with a smartphone for quick access to your online booking system.
