April 2024 Price Change
The AOP announced an increase to NHS Exam, and Voucher prices from 1st April 2024.
This is an easy adjustment in FLEX and should not require any intervention from Optinet.
You need to go to:
- Menu
- Setup
- Till
- General
- Go to the NHS Vouchers tab
- Double click on any of the values that need to be changed e.g. 'NHS Test'
- Leave Setup
A List of new Voucher prices is (Attached ) at bottom of this page.
To change the NHS 'Stock' price do the following:
- Go to the Stock screen (NOT within Setup as above)
- Search for the NHS Test item (usually using the description)
- Double click on the Retail price
- Change the price (from April 2024 - £23.53) then click save

PLEASE NOTE - The video talks about the price at £22.14, it is now £23.53 (April 2024).

- NHS Vouchers. If you do not have access, please ask your Practice Manager or FLEX Expert.
- Leave Setup
Amend the price of the NHS Exam to £23.53, along with putting ALL the new increased values into the other fields on the List. (see list bottom of this page)
(Note - these prices are used in Flex eGOS on the forms.)

From Flex go into Stock,
search 'NHS' in the description box to find your NHS Exam. Double-click to open it.
Amend the price of the NHS Exam to £22.14. as below:
All NHS Exams sold through the Till or Clinical Billing, will now reflect this new price on the Till and in Business Intelligence.
