It is possible to change the forms that are linked to the quick-print buttons on the bottom-right of the patient record. You can change the button text amd also add a shortcut key to the quick print buttons by adding an ampersand before the letter you wish to use e.g., GOS&1 assigns GOS1 to Alt+1 shortcut
The settings are per branch and can be found in Menu - Setup->Communication-Forms. This is shown below:
