In the light of Coronavirus, here is a video to explain how to email all your patients. The content would also be relevant for SMS - just choose that option when I talk about the 'Send To' button. Check out the video below for more information.

1) Go to Business Intelligence - Data Mining 

2) Choose 'Popular Searches' and find the relevant patients. 

3) Click 'Send to...' and choose Email. Answer and questions which FLEX asks. 

4) Home Screen - Timeline. Double-click the Marketing row. You can then send content by clicking the envelope button with an arrow in it.
