The options discussed on this page are found by selecting Menu --> Setup --> Till --> General --> Dispensing Fees

Some practices use fixed Dispensing Fees for their sales, not the "percentage method".

The Dispensing Fees tab allows set fee points to be specified and the amount of the fee element in each set, normally with a diminuating percentage as the price increases. This is shown below:

Names of Fee Groups can be entered and their Display Order set. The corresponding Fees table will then show the Selling Price and Fee Amount. The Percentage that is the fee amount will then be worked out. This links into the VAT table as shown below, where a Dispense Fee Group can be chosen instead of using percentages.
