What is a Loyalty Plan?
Loyalty in FLEX allows patients to be assigned to plan where they get (percentage) discounts against their purchases, based on the Sales Group.
When an item is sold on the Till or a Dispense is created, loyalty discounts are applied.
A Discounts report can then be created through Business Intelligence - General Reports to itemise all the discounts given over the required period, and a search is available through Data Mining to find which patients are on loyalty schemes.

What is Corporate?
"Corporate" allows you to add patients to companies and groups. Whether they just get help towards the cost of the eye care or have everything paid for them, Corporate facilities exist throughout FLEX to help you manage these clients.
Corporate is found under Menu - Setup - Till - Corporate.
