Patient Spend is turned on by default. It can be configured in Menu - Setup - Patients: please see How Do I Setup Patient Spend?

A "Disc" will be displayed on the Patient Record throughout FLEX. By default, they will have a:

• Gold Disc if they are in the top 10% of spenders in the last 36 months.
• Silver Disc if they are in the top 25% of spenders in the last 36 months.
• Bronze Disc if they are in the top 50% of spenders in the last 36 months.
• A Blue Disc if they are in the remainder. An example is shown below:

Hovering over this will show their actual rank (e.g. 26/850) and how much they have spent or paid (dependant on setup).
