Lifestyle Categories

Lifestyle Categories can be assigned to Patients in order to create marketing groups.

These Categories are customisable and can be grouped together in areas such as Sports, Hobbies or Frame Styles.

Lifestyle Categories can be assigned when adding or updating a Patients record, by clicking on the Lifestyles tab.

To apply them to the Patient, simply left click and Drag them from the "Available Categories" list, into the "Assigned Categories" List.

You can right click on an assigned category, then click Delete to delete it. These can be managed under the Patients tab of Setup. More details under Menu - Setup - Patients - Lifestyle. 

Mailing Preferences

The preferences tab allows the patient to choose their preferred contact options for reminders and marketing correspondence.

To apply them to a Patient record, left click and Drag them from the "Available Choices" list, into either the Recalls or Marketing lists depending on their preference.

Mailing preferences determine what forms of communication you are able to send the patient. For example if you try to send a reminder email to someone who only wants to receive letters, you will be unable to send the email.
