To check a price, you will need a Price Checker button set up - see How Do I Update a Till Button? in the Till Setup for details. 

Once this button is set up, press the relevant button (called Checker, Price Check, Query, etc.). It will ask for a barcode to be entered and will then display all the prominent details.
